Martin White

Martin leads the Whitebox Finance Team. With more than 25 years’ experience in financial services he is perfectly positioned to provide the right advice at the right time to new home owners and in the long term development of the Whitebox communities.

He runs an independent Financial services practice to advise all clients on their finance needs when it comes to buying a house, saving for a house and getting a mortgage. He has a professional approach to every area of his business and worked as an Area Manager for Permanent TSB. He is also co-founder/Director of Sonas Nursing Home group.

He provides finance solutions for bespoke development projects, assists in securing investor led financing and deals with clients on a daily basis.

Niall Harrington

Niall is a founding partner of Whitebox Developments with over 25 years experience as a qualified and renowned architect, working in both Ireland and the UK. In 2003 Niall formed one of Irelands largest and best known architectural firms, Fewer Harrington & Partners.

As a managing partner, Niall is responsible for the urban design, master planning and architectural vision of our projects. Niall is very much a family man with a genuine passion for improving the quality of life in the communities in which he works. He has served on numerous committees and boards in his community, primarily with schools, sporting clubs and projects to support the elderly.

Ryan Bourke

Ryan is a native of Limerick City and graduated from the University of Limerick in 2014 with an honours in Law and Accountancy. For five years he worked in practice in Kilkenny where he specialised in taxation and audit. Here he gained a wide range of experience in all areas of taxation, accountancy, finance and management accounting while also completing his professional exams. His professional qualification is with Chartered Accountants Ireland. In 2019 he moved from practice to industry as Financial Controller at Whitebox Property Development Limited.

Anthony Meehan

Anthony has substantial experience in the taxation area. He has previously worked with both the Collector Generals and Inspector of Taxes division of the Office of the Revenue Commissioners.

During his time in private practice, he dealt with a wide portfolio of clients ranging from family-owned businesses to large corporate clients.  He has a wealth of experience across all tax heads including all aspects of tax compliance (to include income tax, corporation tax, capital gains tax, VAT, PAYE, and relevant contracts tax), tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, debt restructuring, succession planning, VAT on property, the taxation of compensation payments and dealing with Revenue interventions.

Anthony is a member of the Irish Taxation Institute.

Catriona Hough

Catriona is the Legal Coordinator and Tender/Bid Manager within our team.

Having previously worked in law firms in the South East, Catriona has over 20 years of experience in the legal field and construction industry and is perfectly positioned to assist our team on development closings, assisting with both public and private sector procurement and tendering.

She holds a Diploma in legal studies, a Certificate in Employment Law and has also completed with Distinction QQI Level 6 Major Award in Information, Advice and Advocacy practice and QQI Level 6 Welfare Rights (Social and Civil Information). Catriona is the contact between Whitebox Limited and Local Authorities, AHBs, funders, and investors.

Katarzyna Rzyman

After graduating from Technical University in Lodz with a master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, Katarzyna Rzyman joined one of the leading architectural practices in Waterford. During their expansion to Europe, she became responsible for the coordination of multimillion-euro projects in residential, retail and hospitality sectors, based in her native Poland. With strong visual awareness and an eye for detail, she offers excellent design skills along with strong technical knowledge.

Katarzyna also completed postgraduate studies in building energy efficiency and her wide-range design approach considers the entire project life cycle. This benefits every aspect of delivered developments from the planning process through construction efficiency to lifetime usage.

Eamonn Power

With over 25 years of architectural experience, Eamonn Power has led the management, design and delivery of small, medium and large-scale developments in the healthcare, education, commercial, leisure, industrial and residential sectors throughout Ireland, Europe and beyond. 

Eamonn is a valuable asset to the practice with proven skills in project management in all stages of development, design and construction. With a dedicated and collaborative approach, he employs his technical knowledge, design ability and attention to detail to ensure the planning, designing and construction of buildings and developments are to the highest quality.

Eamonn believes that in order to understand the issues incumbent in a given site and how they’re consistent with the surrounding environment, there is no substitute for viewing projects within their context and clear of the boundaries of the development itself. Developing plans that demonstrate an understanding of the local conditions whilst collaborating with our clients on their sustainability goals is paramount to design excellence. Through working collectively with clients and diverse multidisciplinary teams it is possible to develop solutions that have a sound economic base and strong local appeal – with the vision to promote a better quality of life.

Laura Firth

Laura is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a registered member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

As Business Development Director in WhiteBOX, Laura is responsible for creating a new business strategy to grow and expand the Company’s delivery pipeline. Her role involves identifying development opportunities, reviewing financial and development appraisals, ensuring delivery, and securing an exit strategy. Laura also has specialist experience in Risk Management, Procurement, Construction Contracts, Development Agreements and Development Funding/Finance.

Prior to joining the team at WhiteBOX, Laura worked as a Senior Cost Manager for Turner and Townsend, a global consultancy firm on various projects in Ireland and the UK. After this, she joined Respond (an Approved Housing Body), as a Senior Development Manager delivering social and affordable rental homes throughout Ireland.

Laura strongly believes that everyone should have access to a home where they have the security of tenure.
